INCLUDED ARRANGEMENTS:
daily workshop instruction, accommodations, literary reading in a bookshop, party with artists living in Paris, accompanied visits to “quartiers,” and list of things to do.
NOT INCLUDED:
Airfare, airport taxes, transportation to and in Paris, meals, extra services, life, health and accident insurance, luggage and cancellation insurance.
INSURANCE:
Trip accident, health and baggage insurance is required. For your additional comfort and protection, we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance at the time of booking.
If registration proves insufficient 45 days prior to departure, Margaret Irby Writing Workshops. has the right to cancel the trip.
Margaret Irby Writing Workshops reserves the right to decline or accept or retain any person as a member from the workshop at any time. If any member is removed from the workshop, a proportionate refund for unused services will be made.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
none for domestic travel, passport for international travel.

Margaret Irby Writing Workshops is not a travel agency and in all matters relating to the making of arrangements for and services provided incident thereto, entertainment, and transportation by air, railroad or motor bus, can assume no responsibility for and cannot be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of (l) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any of the suppliers, (2) any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any employee of any of these suppliers, (3) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment or instrumentality owned, operated or otherwise used by any of these suppliers or (4) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions of any other party not under the control, direct or otherwise, of Margaret Irby Writing Workshops. In the absence of negligence, Margaret Irby Writing Workshops accepts no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes in air or other services, medical issues of any kind, weather, strikes, or other causes or circumstances beyond its control. Airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyance. Passengers shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the passage contract entered into between the carriers and each passenger.
